Wenig-LaMonica Associates Talent Agency (WLA Talent) is a full-service entertainment agency representing a diverse line-up of artists worldwide. Our agency’s mission is to foster our artists’ touring and live concert performances through our methodical planning and negotiations with the music industry’s leading concert promoters, theaters, performing arts centers, clubs, casinos, festivals, and fairs.
WLA Talent is led by industry veterans Jody Wenig and Paul LaMonica. The two began as agents in 1974 at Associated Booking Corporation (ABC Agency). Spanning 30 years at ABC, Jody and Paul guided the careers of legendary artists including Bob Marley & The Wailers, BB King, Bobby “Blue” Bland, Isaac Hayes, Mary J. Blige, Dr John, Booker T, Anita Baker, and Bernie Mac.
In 2004, Jody and Paul formed WLA Talent. Based in New York, our agency features a select group of agents who work together to provide service to our artists. WLA Talent represents artists in Classic Rock, Contemporary R&B, Jazz, Pop, Blues, and World music.
